What we collect, and why

The site has no accounts, no client area and no advertising tracking. Three processing operations, and no more.

  • The contact form. Name, email address, and if you provide them, phone number, company and project description. They are used solely to reply to you. Legal basis: your request, and therefore a pre-contractual measure. Recipient: Notion Labs Inc., where enquiries are recorded.
  • Booking a call. This runs on Cal.com, which collects the information needed for the slot: name, email address, time zone. Ashenstar only receives the summary. Cal.com is the controller for its own processing, described in its privacy policy.
  • Audience measurement. A Google Tag Manager container loads traffic statistics: page views, referral source, device type. Legal basis: the legitimate interest in knowing what gets read. Vercel Speed Insights also measures page load times, with no cookie or identifier.

No data is sold, rented, or passed on for commercial purposes.

For how long

  • Contact enquiries: three years from the last exchange.
  • Bookings: according to the retention period applied by Cal.com.
  • Audience measurement: thirteen months at most.

Outside the European Union

Vercel, Notion, Cal.com and Google are established in the United States. Transfers rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Cookies

The site sets no advertising cookies and no social network trackers. The only local storage is one key in your browser’s session memory, which remembers that the entrance screen has already been passed: it disappears when the tab is closed and never leaves your device.

The Google Tag Manager container may set audience measurement cookies. You can refuse them from your browser settings.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, the restriction or portability of the processing, and object to it. One address is enough: eliottashenstar@outlook.fr. We reply within one month.

If our reply does not satisfy you, you may refer the matter to the CNIL, the French data protection authority: cnil.fr.
